The website www.anthraxvertical.com is the official online presence and e-commerce platform of the company under the corporate name ‘ANTHRAX SPORTSWEAR I.K.E.’ (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, or “Anthrax”), with registered offices in Thessaloniki, Greece (Tax Identification Number: 119044233, Z’ Public Tax Office of Thessaloniki).

Anthrax endeavors to provide first-class customer service on a daily basis. The creation of this particular website signifies the beginning of an advanced form of communication between the Company and its customers, catering specifically to custom outdoor clothing, technical gear, and team merchandise.

The present terms fully comply with current European and Greek legislation. Users acknowledge the Company’s right to modify any provisions of the present terms to the extent that such modification would neither affect the legally binding obligations of either party nor affect any accomplished situations. By accessing and using this website, users expressly acknowledge they have read the present terms, unconditionally agree with them, and undertake to comply with them.

A. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR COMPLIANCE) In order to perform any transaction and to place any order for the Company’s custom products, you will be required to provide specific personal data. When placing an order, you will be asked to provide your full name, the delivery address, your telephone number, your email address, and, should you select credit card payment, the necessary payment credentials.

Our Company strictly processes these data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the current Greek framework (Law 4624/2019) for the sole purpose of executing the contract of sale. The Company shall in no way disclose, publish, or sell these data to any third parties, except in the event that a legal procedure regarding the lifting of confidentiality is initiated (Law 2225/1994) or pursuant to other overriding legal obligations. Payment details are processed directly by the respective financial institution through secure gateways and are not stored on our servers.

Regarding custom designs submitted by users or created by our design team: pursuant to the Berne Convention, article 2§1 of Greek Law 2121/1993 as in force, and relevant EU Directives, the creators agree to automatically transfer (according to article 32 § 2 Law 2121/93) to the Company the economic interest and the entirety of rights deriving from such designs. The Company reserves the unconditional right to modify, reproduce, incorporate, and exploit these works during the duration of the Company, pursuant to Article 9 of the WIPO Copyright Treaty (ratified by Law 3184/2003) and Article 12 of the TRIPS Agreement (ratified by Law 2290/1995).

C. ITEMS OFFERED & CUSTOM MANUFACTURING Product features, technical specifications, and sizing details are available online. As Anthrax Vertical specializes in premium custom technical outerwear manufactured on-demand in our European facilities, the final product is strictly customized to the user’s selected specifications, colors, and logos.

D. ORDERING OF PRODUCTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION Orders placed through this website constitute a distance sales agreement governed by the legal framework of Greek Law 2251/1994 (Consumer Protection Law), as amended and currently in force. The user is entitled to conclude a valid order provided they have the legal capacity to contract according to the Greek Civil Code (i.e., being 18 years of age or older). Representatives of legal entities (B2B clients, clubs, and academies) may also place legally binding orders. The Company reserves the right to claim restitution from the legal guardian for any order made by persons legally disqualified to contract.

E. PROCEDURE FOR PLACING AN ORDER & PAYMENT To conclude a valid sales contract, the user must unconditionally accept these Terms of Use and provide all necessary information accurately. Anthrax Vertical offers the following payment methods:

All prices displayed for products include the statutory VAT (24%). The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice. Note on Non-EU Customers: Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and exchange rate differences, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The Company shall bear no liability for such charges.

F. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY SCHEDULES Because Anthrax Vertical operates on a zero-minimum, custom-manufacturing model, orders are subject to a production lead time before dispatch. Once manufactured, the customer may select delivery via the Greek Post Office (ELTA) (estimated 3 to 30 working days depending on global location) or via Express Courier (estimated 1 to 5 working days). Total delivery costs are dynamically calculated based on volumetric weight and destination, and are explicitly presented to the user prior to the finalization of the order.

G. CANCELLATION & EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order without penalty exclusively within twenty-four (24) hours of order confirmation. Beyond this timeframe, the production process commences and no cancellations will be accepted.

Exception to the Right of Withdrawal: Pursuant to Article 3ιβ of Greek Law 2251/1994 and Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. As Anthrax Vertical products are custom-manufactured based on your specific design, color, and sizing choices, returns or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects are strictly prohibited.

H. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Force Majeure: If due to force majeure events (e.g., adverse weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, strikes, pandemics), we fail to deliver the products within the stipulated timeframe, the Company shall notify you accordingly. Anthrax Vertical shall bear no liability for delays or omissions arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Modification of Terms: The Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew these terms. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon publication on this webpage.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: The present terms and any distance sales agreement concluded hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Greek Law. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
