SHIPPING

Production & Order Processing Because Anthrax Vertical specializes in premium custom-made gear with zero minimums, your items are manufactured to order.

  • Standard Production Time: 12 working days from the date of payment confirmation and design approval.

  • Peak Season Production: During periods of high demand, production may be extended up to 22 working days. Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday). Public holidays and weekends do not count toward production days.

Shipping Destinations We ship to Greece, the European Union, and selected international destinations worldwide. Available shipping methods and exact costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time (Transit Time After Production) Once your custom gear is manufactured and dispatched from our European facility, estimated transit times are as follows:

  • Greece: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Note: Anthrax Vertical is not responsible for transit delays caused by couriers, customs processing, severe weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the final destination and volumetric weight of your order. Any applicable free-shipping offers will be automatically applied at checkout. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Tracking Once your order leaves our factory, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the delivery status using the provided tracking number.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery Please ensure your shipping details are 100% accurate before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping costs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Custom Products & 3D Configurator Orders Due to the highly personalized nature of our business, all custom-made products and items featuring customer designs are final sale and non-refundable.

  • 3D Configurator Responsibility: When using our 3D Configurator, the customer is 100% responsible for the final design submitted. The exact file you create is sent directly to our printing department. Anthrax Vertical is not responsible for user errors, including typos, incorrect logo placements, wrong color selections, or sizing mistakes.

  • Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.

Returns on Non-Custom / In-Stock Items If you purchased a non-customized, in-stock accessory or standard item, return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Eligible Items for Return must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, odor, or alteration.

Items that do not meet these strict conditions will be refused and sent back to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items can never be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or personalized apparel

  • Socks (classified as intimate apparel for hygiene reasons)

  • Face masks or neck gaiters/buffs

  • Gift cards

  • Items explicitly marked as final sale

Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at info@anthraxvertical.com to request a Return Authorization.

  2. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Returns sent to our factory without prior email authorization will be rejected.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If an exchange is requested and the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Defective or Incorrect Items We take quality control seriously. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, or if we shipped the wrong item:

  • Contact us at info@anthraxvertical.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photographs showing the defect or the incorrect item.

  • Upon verification, Anthrax Vertical will cover all replacement and shipping costs to resolve the issue promptly.
