Because the ink pigments are infused directly into the fabric, the material remains completely smooth to the touch without any raised or heavy textures. As a result, your logos, numbers, and text become a permanent part of the gear and will never peel, crack, or fade over time.

Alternatively, you can choose to pay via bank transfer. By selecting this option, you can complete your checkout online and receive the necessary bank details via email. This method is highly recommended if a sponsor or another third party is paying for the gear. Please remember to send us a copy of the bank payment slip so we can confirm your order.
Because production begins quickly, order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of your order confirmation. Beyond that window, the order cannot be canceled.
Because every item is manufactured specifically for you based on your chosen colors, logos, and sizing, custom products are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. The only exception is if the garment has a verifiable manufacturing defect.
We ship worldwide from our European factory, covering the European Union and international destinations across the globe. Shipping transit times (which apply after the production period) vary by destination.
Our standard production time is 12 working days from the moment your payment is confirmed and the design is approved. Please note that during peak seasons, production times may be extended up to 22 working days.

No. Anthrax Vertical operates on a strict zero-minimum policy. Whether you need a single windbreaker for yourself or 500 technical shirts for an event, we manufacture exactly what you need.
While we utilize state-of-the-art machinery to match the design colors to the actual printed product, variations in the final outcome can occur. Factors such as screen brightness and screen calibration may cause a difference between what you see on your display and what is actually printed. For this reason, we do not accept returns due to color variations.
A note on dark shades: If your design uses very dark grey tones mixed in with black tones, this difference may be highly visible on screen but very subtle on the actual fabric. If you want dark grey tones to be visibly different from black ones, please use a noticeably lighter tone of grey in your design.
When using the 3D Configurator, the final file you submit goes directly to our printing department. You are 100% responsible for verifying the layout, logo placement, color choices, and spelling before checking out.
For the best print quality, we highly recommend using high-resolution files, specifically transparent PNGs. Complete details and file requirements can be found in our dedicated artwork guidelines section.
Our Pro Design Service requires a one-time fee of $149. This includes working directly with our experts with unlimited design revisions until you are completely satisfied. Furthermore, once your core design (for example, a trail running t-shirt) is approved, our designers will adapt that artwork to any other products your team needs—such as shorts, jackets, or tank tops—at absolutely no additional design cost.
